Refund and Exchange Policy
Products are produced with quality and integrity. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item you have purchased on this website based on the guidelines below, we will gladly process your return within 7 days from the order delivered date with product in unused condition.
Merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.
If you purchased your product from an authorized party other than Bhawar.com, contact that retailer for details of their return policy. We does not accept returns for merchandise purchased through other retail or online channels.
Merchandise returned for credit must be in new, unused condition. To return product for credit or exchange, include a copy of your invoice included in your shipment and the reason for your return.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of products, refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order.
Refunds will include product and sales tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.

Post receipt of the cancelled product from the customer, Refund/ Exchange of the product will be accepted by Bhawar Sales Corporation. only post confirmation of our Quality Check team that the product is intact with all the tags/ cards/ invoice in place, as it was when delivered to the customer, and the product is unused and free of any damage.
Post acceptance of cancellation, if you had paid through credit /debit card we shall raise the request and that will take 7-10 working days to receive money back in your account.
Returns
A call will be received from our team, pack the product with all the accessories if available as it is received, post which a return pickup will be arranged. Returns will be accepted upon checking and verifying by the executive.
